• DISPLAY MATERIALS - All fireworks and mortars for display
• PYROTECHNICS - All personnel trained, licensed and bonded for each particular site.
• TRANSPORTATION - Approved vehicles and HAZMAT certified drivers.
• LABOR AND EQUIPMENT - Crew to set up and fire display. In cases where entire display must be dug into ground, backhoe services are required.
• PERMITS - TELSTAR will provide application forms and assist in obtaining local and state permits.
• INSURANCE - Every display is covered by $1,000,000.00 liability insurance. With certificate issued to the sponsor. Higher coverage's are available at additional cost.
• RAIN DATES/ POSTPONEMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS - A 10% fee will be added when the rain date, or postponement date is used. A 15% fee will be charged in the event of total cancellation.
• STORAGE - Incase of rain postponement, fireworks are returned by approved vehicle to one of several havens around the region.

Telstar can now setup a very large display in a relatively small area using our new “Dense Pack” firing trailers. A State Fire Marshall approved and inspected trailer containing 4 inch through 6 inch mortars is delivered to the firing site, loaded with the fireworks after arrival and fired electronically from a remote location (the operator and all assistants are at least 100 feet away). The Opening Barrage and Grand Finale are fired from preloaded boxes or from racks that are setup above grounds. This limits the amount of space required and the setup time, so the site could possibly be used for other purposes up until several hours before show time. Audience proximity would still need to be monitored and kept at the required distance determined by Shell diameter and local and state codes.

The sponsor is responsible for providing police and fire protection as may be required at the display site.
