COMPANY HISTORY
TELSTAR has grown to become one of the largest fireworks display companies in the country. Through customer satisfaction and dedication to producing a unique pyrotechnic display for each customer, we have continued to grow as a result of repeat business, loyal customer referrals, and word of mouth advertising. In today's world of competition and technological advancements, TELSTAR is second to none in production of the most sophisticated and awe inspiring fireworks displays available anywhere.
TELSTAR was established in 1979 with Dominic C. Speeney & Sons Pyrotechnics Manufacturing, the leading manufacturer of domestic pyrotechnics products in the United States. In 1987, Speeney & Sons became a division of TELSTAR and continued to manufacture for other display companies nationwide.We have over thirty years of experience - three generations - of providing safe, professional, state of the art fireworks displays and shows for our customers.
We maintain a fully stocked warehouse with a wide variety of imported and domestically manufactured aerial display fireworks shells. In 1990, TELSTAR purchased Auburn Fireworks in Auburn, NY and still maintains an office and a fireworks storage facility in that city. Today TELSTAR has offices in Newton, Mass., Berlin, CT., Warren, RI., Cranston, RI., Auburn, NY., as well as our main offices in Jaffrey, NH.
At TELSTAR, we pride ourselves on using 100 % professional grade 1.3 G Class B fireworks in our fireworks displays and shows. Don't be fooled by competitors that inflate their total shell count with 1.4 G Class C - homeowner or backyard - fireworks. We also use state of the art electronic firing equipment and we can provide pyrotechnic choreography if you so desire. Our history of doing business in New England and New York demonstrates that we deliver what we promise to our valued customers !
